so after reading this thread, what everyone is saying, if you go bigger than 215/45 you're going to rub? that sucks, i'm actually going with the same rims with a +45 offset. can i not get away with 225/45?? without rubbing? there are not many rims out there in a +50. if there are, shoot me some name brands! i can might reconsider going another brand.

I know people who have run 225/45-17s on stock MSP rims without issue... however, with a +45mm offset, you'd probably run into problems. If you aren't afraid of rolling your rear fenders, you might be able to solve it that way and make 225/45s work with +45mm offset.
