Tints

Hey i noticed something about tints... Anyone know the legal % for CT i think its 20?? I had tints on my old car, they were 35% Got a ticket a few times had to rip em off... So i wannt tint my New 3s, but wanna figure this out!

CT law is 35%, sucks that you had to rip them off, you were at the legal lemit. Might want to get just slightly higher.

ARE YOU SURE? The guys at DMV told me 20% where did u hear 35?

Just so we're clear, here...

The smaller the number, the darker the tint. It's a measure of how much light is allowed to pass through.

Ok... carry on. :)

oh oh i think im wrong.... FORGET WHAT I SAID BOUT TINTS! See what happened was legal is 35... and i HAD 20s, so i ahd to take them off! Ok sorry i went dumbass on myself!

So i should get higher than 35 or a little lower?!?!?! Is it even worth it, isnt 35 like see through?
