AEM intake off of 05 Mazda 6s sold to get the CX7. Cheap, easy, and it sounds good. According to the butt dyno mid and upper rpm power seemed to increase. Throttle reponse has improved also.

Fit is perfect!

It costs HALF as much as the CPE CAI.(first) Besides that it was free....had it sitting around after the 6 was sold.

Finally sounds like a turbo car. You can hear the air being sucked in the intake. The stock BOV is now apparent.

nice, good to know an intake off 05 6 will fit...i think i'd rather have a short intake than a CAI, due to having to worry about a CAI getting water.
so does it really sound nicer...?

Let me say this....it sounds like a turbo car should sound like.

Ive had my 7 for a few weeks and I just saw your intake. Looks sweet. How is the gas. Ive tried looking for that same intake on AEM and I can find it. Holla back.
