I finally got my lazy butt to get the photos off my digital camera and make them web ready.

Check out my 17" Mercury Silver Volk TE-37s here:

nice :)

17's? looks a little small. what tire size u running?

Yeah, I hate to say but I'm with Chris. That design in 17" just looks too small. They are sweet rims though. I bet with a drop and a little tuck it will look schweet.

They do look small don't they? Need to lower this car a little bit.

I am running Toyo Proxes T1-S 215/45/17

When you look at the 45 series in the Toyo they actually look a little thicker then a 45 series of another brand.

Yeah, I was surprised at how small they looked compared to the factory wheels of the same size, but I had just bought new tires for my factory rims and going with these I could re-use them, plust I liked the idea of running the same size wheel.

Springs are the next thing for me, take care of that lowering problem.

Oh yeah by all means they are a great upgrade and unlike my 18's you can do a decent drop with no worriesof rubbing. I've noticed a lot of the current wheel designs that are popular seem to appear smaller than they really are. I think it's just because the spoke doesn't extend to the wheel's edge. Same with my current wheels. Many people don't think they are 18"

yah, I am super happy with them.

I love the lip and the way they look up close. Plus 17s are lighter :D 15.75lbs.

Once I get my springs on that will really complete the package. I was just worried about the drop in the back because of all my stereo equipment but I think with the ION springs that I want to get I'll be fine and won't rub.

ic ic, drop it :) i think yah, cause of the tire size maybe and the non-drop, it looks smaller, but those wheels are nice man.

good mod!
peace

I have the sportlines on and I have a lot of weight in the trunk and the fender gap is equal in front and back. No rubbing.

I would suggest that too with the ION springs. Got my Tein springs on last night and I'm not too happy with them. The front is slammed and the rear still has mad wheel gap but it handles great. No wheel hop anymore!!! Really does great on launches. Love the wheels though, plan on selling your old ones?

wheels with a lip generally make the wheel appear smaller. looks great though~!

The Racing Harts are already spoken for. :D

Awesome and unlike everyone else I think with a drop your car will look awesome. With Eibach sportline you will need camber adjustments. Maybe some Zeal Coilovers would finish the project nicely. How is that new disco potatoe?
