I figured thats how people would do it. If I had one I would figuring out how to get that intake to switch over when I hit boost...hint...hint...

I've did this to my msp, if the miata is the same i'm going to try it. You just take the vacuum hose from the vics actuator and connect to a vacuum source, then it will open in boost.

Um, isn't that backwards though. A vacuum actuator opens when it sees vacuum... I think if you did that, it would open when not in boost, and close when in boost. But maybe I'm confused on this one.

I sat in a red one when the first came out but never test drove it Over all it's a bad-ass looking car(2thumbs). I was intrigued by the little front mounted stock intercooler
