PG Turbo or Mani

Ok guys I got $800 burning in my pocket, Looking for the best bang here. Should I get the PG Turbo or Mani biggest gain is where??? Was also looking at the GT2871R but over 1k+ install = Money I don't and wont have for a long while..

get a steed speed mani for 650, then save up for the gt28, i would go with a gt3076 though
