I think I know what he means. Apparently some intakes, especially those without air straighteners or non-stock MAF housing diameters can cause surging and other odd issues during steady driving. This intake does not make the motor behave this way. Car drives and acts like stock except for the added power and the added noises of both turbo whine and BPV.
