PG manifold rubbing on Intercooler coupler

So i have had my TurboXs FMIC installed for 3 months now, and lately I have been noticing a burning smell when cruising at slow speeds and stopped. (kinda like clutch/oil-ish smell going on for 2 weeks now). looked under the hood and nothing seems to be leaking, I dont ride the clutch or anything. Today, noticed smoke coming from the front, popped the hood and noticed the smoke and the smell coming from the silicon coupler that is rubbing on the pg manifold. I had wrapped the manifold with header wrap when i installed it but i guess it was not enough. the silicon is oily but not like petrolium. has anyone else run into this problem. or how have u remedied having the coupler not touch the manifold?

This was a common problem with the first edition of the manifold and the TMIC... never heard of it with a FMIC. I know Ken would send out a different coupler to those with the TMIC problem but not sure about the FMIC. Contact him and see! Hes usually pretty good about stuff like this. Im pretty surprised that its still making the coupler smoke with the header wrap too.. cause I know that was also a fix for this haha. Weird.
