Painting Injen CAI

Has anyone tried painting their Injen CAI. Not the aluminum tubing, but the other red parts? I'm thinking of getting rid of all that red but I don't know what kind of paint would work on that surface.

I have a cai from BigBen and he got it powder coated. It's held up very well thus far...

you probably won't find anything to stick to the soft red parts and if something did stick the engine heat would be real tough on it.

I'm gonna say yeah, either it will flake off or crack, mainly because it's flexible, and your intake moves a whole lot while you drive. You can dye it however, I've never done this tho.
