P5 valve seat= integral or nonintegral?

OK, so i'm planning on mildly porting and polishing a remanned cylinder head I picked up from JCWhitney, part #: AC354C. Just a gasket match and maybe knife edge the dividers with a combustion chamber polish. What I want to know is all in the title: are these valve seats integral or nonintegral? I just wonder what kind of headache I'll be in for if I damage them during the process.

While writing this I had another question pop into my head1: Does anyone know of any precautions I might take to avoid damage? Are there covers available that would provide sufficient protection?

If you are polishing or porting around the valveseats, make damn sure you don't split. One scratch would mean you need to get the valve seats redone. Using several layers of blue painters tape on areas that you should not be touching to give you some buffer before you hit the seats.
