its broke up front where it connected to the motor, but other than being rusty its good. if you pick up hows $80 sound.

No its not a cross member I don't think. It runs parallel to the car almost down the middle of the underside of the engine. You bolt the front motor mount to it. Its part #12 in the pic

Nope, the oppose of mirror, close to center console, there is a small rectangular black thingy

passenger mount was no good, the rubber was torn.

I have found that the exhaust is an SS aftermarket system, 2.5" diameter, and in good condition. It is the cat-back to rear axle portion, the muffler is no good. Not sure which brand thought.
