nope, not him...i remember that there was a pic of this car and something about how it was completely redone and that it doesnt look like that anymore...

JT Autobody its a bodykit manufacturer/body shop/race shop/crew. they do evo fronts for almost any car. they're located in Rosemead,CA

Yeah we've seen this car here on the boards before. Who ever has that car speak up. Its not bad at all. I'm sure alot of time, money and effort went into that car. Hey I'm sure sponsors love it when the car is all out there, be it fugly (not that this car is fugly, I'm just saying).

Hell, I like the lambo doors. Its that whole Wow factor to consider. I saw a matrix xRs with lambo doors, and I was wow'd when I parked next to it, and the owner opened it up (in my head I also said WTF! in a good way).

You're overgeneralizing the **** out of that statement. I, and most other people on here, state our opinions based on whether we like the car or not. Just because you pour money into something doesnt mean it's good. I respect the fact that he put the time and effort into it, but it's still fugly. That bumper is truly horrible. Look at how much it slant down right after the grill. It looks like somebody tried to build it out of fiberglass and forgot to add support to the front or something. The rims are really ridiculous. The tribal graphics dont do it for me, but they're not horrible.

But onto the description in the magazine...
"Honda Civic widebody kit" -- WTF?!?!
"Water squirters" -- I'm pretty sure those come stock
"Roof Rain Gutters" -- I swear to god it's really on there.
He actually lists his battery terminals as a mod. I know they are technically mods, but why the hell would you put them on a list like this? It's not like they're really gonna impress anyone.

Whatever floats your boat I guess...I'd be worried about getting laughed off the highway in the pink abomination. If he likes it, thats all that matters. I personally favor a clean looking car with a less is more approach. You make a bigger statement that way.

Also not a big fan of the front bumper and there's just something not right about 20+" wheels on a sport compact....
