Osram Bulbs?

Just wondering if anyone knows if the only difference between the Osram Cool Blue bulbs and the Silver Star bulbs is the color? I definetly wanna pick up a set but I'm not sure which to get. Any recommendations?

IMO, I'd go with the Osram Silverstars (free shipping from http://www.powerbulbs.com/)

Matched with Osram H3's for the Fogs. Pure white light that is Legal.

I got my silverstars from powerbulbs... No issues at all, and they're much better than the PIAA bulbs I had before...

Way better than PIAA I think. Much better bang for the buck in terms of lighting/price.
