Orange Rota Grids installed and more to come soon!!

I'm gonna ruin it and say they are orange. I know he wanted to do the orange OZ's a while back.

Seeing those mag blue TE's has me thinking about new wheels again. I seriously think I have a problem.

And are not very attractive on that copper RSX

Without a doubt, those look awful on the orange metallic RSX.

Not trying to hate but I get the feeling that the OP is on a similar path but I will reserve judgment until I see the final pics!

PS: I hate these types of threads.

Hmmm...interesting choice. Blue and orange are complementary colors, so I will definitely be waiting to see how this turns out.

LOL

He's not baller enough. He's getting orange Rota Grids.

baller wheels ftw.. anyways they didnt catch my sarcasm in the post.. like i wouldnt know what real te37's are xD

btw he's selling them for 2300 shipped in mint condition

good wheels arent hard to get, if u look around long enough.

lol....always hatin' on rotas. I fixed your quote for you ;)

Rota's are a joke for the simple fact that they have no original designs. if the "real" wheel copmpanies stopped making wheels Rota would go out of business. they wouldnt have anything to copy. buying Rota's is like buying a Chinese Chery instead of a Chevy.

nooo, i just can think of MUCH better things to buy with than "baller" wheels... plus i would never be as baller as you

I couldn't so I bought wheels that everyone else on this board doesn't have.

PS: I didn't say "they're good enough" when I bought my wheels.

ahhh, sorry, internet is >sarcasm haha...

anyway, there is enough rota bashing on this forum, and other threads, lets keep it out of this thread...

howover, if you have opinion on what my wheels may look like, or even after you see them feel free to post ANY comment you want.. it won't bother me a bit.

i don't see anyone with grids "yet" although i have seen about 3 or 4 with REAL te37's... but one thing with the TE37 is you have to go down to a +30 offset to get the concave look, that i can achieve with the +44 from the grids

the concave look is based off of the offset. a low offset moves the center pad closer the center of the wheel causing a concave look.

i highly doubt a +44 will be very concave. show pics if you can

and yes i know the concave looked is based off the offset... but the rota aren't exactly the same as the volks in that sense..

it doesnt work physically. the high offset brings the center pad closer to the face of the wheel. making concave look impossible. in fact rota's usually just add metal to the back of the center pad to make lower offsets, instead of actually bringing the pad closer to the center.

either way post up pics when your doen so we can see.

I was just looking at fitment tables on some VOLK wheels. The RE30 is available in a 17x9 +43. I've always wanted a set of mag blue VOLKS. Choices, choices....
