Back in early February a treetop fell on my MS3 (no it wasn't a Ficus...)
She should be coming back late this week. Luckily there was no mechanical or frame damage, just the roof, hood, windshield, and various dents and dings. So as long as they do the body work and paint job right, I should be back to a new car. I'm ready to reject it if need be but I hope I don't have to.
While away from my MS3 I've driven:
07 Kia Optima: Rental car for the last month, very bland but reasonably nice car
06 Honda Shadow Aero 750: Doesn't seem so fast any more
98 Ford Contour: My previous car, still a nice car, just sort of tired. Sis has it now.
95 F-150: Not as slow as you'd think, but not much fun to drive. Gets the work done though.
91 Mustang GT: Not as fast as the MS3 but sounds better and if you punch the gas at 20MPH it'll burn some rubber. Pretty fun still.
Oh well, just wanted to vent a little while I wait around for my car to get back...
