Under-car neons, on a motion sensor. That should scare them off. If it doesn't, replace the neons with those bug-zapper thingies, and leave the protective grills off.

dude i cant see the pics of these things for some reason but id advise a bb gun or hell just a regular gun to take care of him...but then you have to cut the head off and mount it to a stick next to the car as example to other martens
