Joe...I'm totally with you on all of this stuff. I got stuck on a bunch of my antenna orders and I just couldn't find the time to work on them. I was 3 monthes behind schedule and am just now getting caught up. Luckily I've been blessed to deal with 99.99% Pro5 owners who have always been supportive and understanding. I hope you stick around , but if you decide to leave you have my understanding.

edit- I forgot to mention- if you get enough paypal complaint, paypal will limit your transactions or close your account. I do too much business online to have a "select" few ruin it for me.

Here Joe is, bending over backwards for MazdaSpeed owners, so you guys can have performance parts. But get this; before Joe came on the scene EVERY MSP owner was bitching about how their is no company making parts for Mazda.
Joe took the intiative to start making performance products and punk ass people like you are ruining it for every other MSP owner and future MSP owner out there. Hell, he's the FIRST one to solve the hesitation problem. You come up here knowing s*** about Joe and what he has done to help out the MSP.
Now that Joe is done and you guys really don't have many options, I'll just laugh at every post I see about MSP owners wanting parts that Joe had.
As we all know, this forum went to Assville once the MSP people came aboard. And you sir, live on Buttcrack Lane.
Joe was the one who took the intiative on pretty much everything. He started increasing the boost. He started custom piping. He was the first with a FMIC. He was the ginea pig. No one here would have known much if it wasn't for him.
Joe, I know I can't apologize for the MSP owners, but I am sorry that you feel like your hard work isn't appreciated.
It's a shame. The MazdaSpeed doesn't have that many aftermarket support to begin with and now that's one less off the list. You guys just trashed the fastest MSP on the board and now it's going to be harder for you guys to duplicate him.

Anywho, I only responded like that because I was upset at how hard he worked to make parts for the MSP to only get shot down like that. Put yourself in his shoes. You buy a car that already doesn't have much aftermarket support to begin with. You hear the cry of owners so, you go out of your way to custom make parts for this car. Now the people you are making products for are trying to give you a bad name because they can't get their parts overnight. They know that you have countless amount of orders to complete and that you have to work extra hard not to fall behind. You could be working on their part right now, but because they are impatient they go ahead and call pay-pal saying that you are a scammer. Now are you happy about that? I think not.
All in all, I'm not biting my tongue for no one. Yes, a lot of MSP owners are really cool. I've had the opportunity to meet a lot them and I've even become extremely good friends with a couple of them. With all that said, I still believe that thier are more than enough immature MSP owners that needs a spanking.
Think about it. For him to react like this, their must have been a substantial amount of impatient MSP owners who did this. I highly doubt he got upset over 1 or 2.

Those who are filing complains are probably 18 anyway!!! They are using their parents CC account to open PPs account!!!
If you are having so much problem with PayPal you can always try some other payment method like check or money order...

I absolutely respect Joe's efforts and understand his complaint. However this is business. People try to make this about age or certain owners? I deal with this weekly in my business and these are with alleged adults, usually HR or Marketing directors of larger businesses. Just establish a specific turn around time, make it safely longer than you need and post that as your ETA on your website and auto response for orders. This is what I have done and it ends the problem almost all together.
People learn over time that the squeeky wheel gets the grease especially when it comes to customer service. Current customer service from most businesses teach consumers to send "whiney" emails. It's just a fact of life. Too often with many businesses it's the only way to get a response or a result.
