damn that sucks.....sorry to those that got assed out.......... i'm checking out the grill on protegegarage.com and it looks so tempting.....i got the paint here and i got a pretty good idea about the front emblem, but i leave for las vegas on the 6th of july and my money will be going toward the video poker and blackjack table.

Firstly I just want to say that I think you are highly confused.
We have never or would ever STEAL money from anyone. In our 4 years of business we have yet to ever STEAL from anyone nor will we ever.
The group buy we offered for the mazda forum two things happened. Either people received there grill or lip or both or they received a full refund. I understand that some people, NOT ALL, were unhappy with the fittment of these fiberglass pieces and because of one individual and his posts on the forum things got much worse than we have ever seen anything go in our 4 years of business.
Nonetheless, if anyone did not receive a product, or a full refund, I encourage them to contact me directly as I did from day one and a full refund or the product will be sent to them immediately.
I have not been in this business for 4 years now and learned nothing. I know when I am being taken advantage of and I know what customer service is.
Finally, I ask for any of your members to contact me directly instead of tying up any of the customer service reps. they may get on our online service or email.

Oh, I also signed him up for some more spam....he's gonna get his server crashed. Seriously, even if every place I signed him up to sends 1 e-mail, it'll bog his system. PLus I've e-mailed him about 10 times(calling him a fraud)
