Very hard for me to act nice and polite in this convo..however, had no trouble lying about myinterest...lol. It's not hard to lie to a lier. Here ya go, failed attemtp at getting his address
mazdaspeed331: hey, are you there?
mazdaspeed331: hello?
mazdaspeed331: I was looking at your site, and I was wondering if you have any auctions on e-bay or anything for a deal or something? Maybe just give me a few links to auctions if you have some so I can browse and see what you're selling on e-bay
Team 2Loww: hello. are you part of the protege forums?
mazdaspeed331: which ones
Team 2Loww: if so, here is a message you can pass on to your members.
Team 2Loww: Hello,
Firstly I just want to say that I think you are highly confused.
We have never or would ever STEAL money from anyone. In our 4 years of business we have yet to ever STEAL from anyone nor will we ever.
As for my personal house, I dont plan on selling anytime soon but I will contact your members when I am ready I assure you.
As for the Better Business Bureau, we have 4 complaints on our file and they are all from your members. Again, other than this horrible group buy we run a very smooth and fair business. Not that it is your business but I dont care to hide anything from anyone so we did have another complaint a year ago in regards to a broken shippment that was received.
Team 2Loww: The group buy we offered for the mazda forum two things happened. Either people received there grill or lip or both or they received a full refund. I understand that some people, NOT ALL, were unhappy with the fittment of these fiberglass pieces and because of one individual and his posts on the forum things got much worse than we have ever seen anything go in our 4 years of business.
Nonetheless, if anyone did not receive a product, or a full refund, I encourage them to contact me directly as I did from day one and a full refund or the product will be sent to them immediately.
I have not been in this business for 4 years now and learned nothing. I know when I am being taken advantage of and I know what customer service is.
Team 2Loww: Finally, I ask for any of your members to contact me directly instead of tying up any of the customer service reps. they may get on our online service or email.
Thanks for your time, and please pass this information on to your members.
Sincerely,
Jamie Campbell
mazdaspeed331: uh..what the hell are you talking about?
mazdaspeed331: lol
Team 2Loww: sorry, if you are part of the protege forum please pass that information on for me.
mazdaspeed331: which forum? I'm a part of a few forums. I don't really spend much time online though. I heard something somewhere(can't remember where) about
www.2loww.com, and that you had cheap deals on lips and grilled for protege's. Is this true, or was I part of some messed up joke or something?
Team 2Loww: yes, we do carry for the protege but at this time there seems to be complaints on the fittment of these pieces. your best bet is to just check your local protege online forums and speak to people about this first.
mazdaspeed331: ok. Do you have any e-bay auctions or anything. I am kinda interested in atleast seeing some of the products, and I can't seem to find anything by searching. I mean, I saw the genaric pics on your site, but maybe there are more pics or something
Team 2Loww: sorry, we dont sell on Ebay unfortunately.
mazdaspeed331: ok. Just off of your website then?
Team 2Loww: yes sir.
mazdaspeed331: If you don't mind my asking, what type of fitment problems where there? Are they bad problems, or just simple problems that could be easily adjusted?
Team 2Loww: the grill and front lip are both the AutoExe styles that we carry but they are made of fiberglass. As you might already know, with almost all fiberglass, it will take some modifying if you are looking for an exact fittment. we now carry these pieces in urethane as well but unfortuantely they are a little more expensive. but if you are very concerned about oem fittment, i would recommend the urethane for you.
mazdaspeed331: How much more expensive?
Team 2Loww: we have just started carrying them and we have begun retailing the grills for $300.00 CDN and the front lips for $450.00 CDN.
mazdaspeed331: wow..thats a fair deal more isn't it?
Team 2Loww: yah, again these are urethane pieces though. Much better than fiberglass and if fittment is very important for you I would recommend this method. To be honest, these pieces are pretty new to us so I wouldnt be suprised if they go on sale next month lol!
mazdaspeed331: lol
mazdaspeed331: but the fitment is alot better? WOuld it require any modification at all, or just bolt right on?
Team 2Loww: no, the urethane is direct bolt on. no mods required at all. so although they are a little more expensive, you do save money and trouble in the modifying of fiberglass.
mazdaspeed331: yeah, thats what I meant. DO you guys guarantee the product?
Team 2Loww: yes, our full urethane lineup we do, right from the manufacturer. the fiberglass unfortunately no because of the nature of fiberglass as you may know.
mazdaspeed331: yeah. Hmmm. You guys are in BC right?
Team 2Loww: yes we are. we are based out of Kelowna, BC, Canada. Just 3 hours out of Vancouver, the main city here.
mazdaspeed331: hmm, do you guys have a shop address or anything? Because I am going to be in BC for a few weeks next month. And I wouldn't mind dropping by to take a look at this stuff first hand. Maybe even set up a purchase for the product
Team 2Loww: are you interested in the Urethane or Fiberglass?
mazdaspeed331: Umm, both. I mean, if the fiberglass looks good in person, I might be more interested in it for it's cheaper price. I have the means to do some work if it requires it. But then again, if the Urethane looks good, I might buy it. I'm kinda on the fence between the price, and my laziness lol. SO i'm kinda intereseted in seeing both, to see what they look like in person. I mean if the fiberglass looks like too much work, I'd hit up the Urethane
Team 2Loww: ok, well with the fiberglass we dont offer a warranty with it but with the urethane there is a warranty. if you are in the kelowna area you could stop by and visit us otherwise we could ship the urethane out to you. the fiberglass one again offers no warranty.
mazdaspeed331: yeah. Would it be possible for me to just stop by? Cause I'm really not sure, and to send something out that I'm not 100% sure of yet, would be kinda pointless. Just kinda showing up for a look would work best
Team 2Loww: ok, not a problem. we run our online sales just out of our office but if you are in upper Kelowna area anytime we could arrange to meet you no problem.
mazdaspeed331: So there is no address I could show up to to look at the products?
Team 2Loww: no, we sell direct wholesale from our warehouse but our retail opperation is just a mail delivery system. but if you are in the region, we also do free local delivery and someone would bring the items out for you.
mazdaspeed331: yeah...hmm, I g2g right now, But I will be in contact again, probably sometime this week. Gonna crunch some numbers, and see what I can do. Is that ok?
Team 2Loww: sure, thanks for your time.
mazdaspeed331: It's been good talking to you, and hopefully you'll hear more of me(and hopefully an order)
mazdaspeed331: Peace
Team 2Loww: yes, thanks again
