oil!

Well after moving my car this morning I noticed a good amount of oil by the rear driver side wheel, what could this be?

Was there a trail up to the front, or was it just black puddle near the wheel? Check engine oil level before you drive it.

It was black and no there wansn't any trail, engine oil level is fine

Well, the brake caliper would have to be leaking a very contaminated ton of brake fluid, or it was not from your car. My Speed 3 is 3 years old and the brake fluid is clar still. So I am guessing it is not from your car. I guess time to crawl underneath and look around!

place some cardboard under the area in question, look for fresh drip marks...could be axle seals. I had those leak on a new P5 I owned, dealer fixed.

Could also be the shock.

You should be able to smell the fluid as well. Brake fluid has a fairly unique smell compared to oil.
