oil return line size

ok having smoke from my exhaust the turbo was blowing by
so I had it rebuilt, and now its doing so again and AGP says its
the oil return line size I think its an AN10 stock size with spool turbo kit
the line is only 12 inches long goes straight to the oil pan so I know thats
not it is 10 too small? only boosting 5 psi any help would rock
