Oil pump, Water pump

I checked the how to but i didn't see what i was looking for. I have a new motor (to put in my P5 shell) and i figure it could use a new oil pump and water pump, along with timing belt and tune up, after 70K miles. I was wondering how hard it is and if anyone had a DIY for it? Any help would be great.

Thanks for taking time to help me out.

'New' motor? Is it with 70K or is that the car?

I assume 70K on the motor...

Why change the oil pump? No failures so far and it should last the life of the car...

Unless you really drive it hard - do the belt/waterpump at 105K per the manual...

Thanks, Correct the engine has 70k on it and i was talking with my friend (the guy helping me with this project) and we think it would be best to wait on the oil pump as well.

The next thing i have to decide on is a header. I seen one 2Kracing for $170 or so...anyone know about that?
