the back of the valve cover is not the PCV...it's a baffled vent
the actual PCV valve is located under the intake manifold>mounted to the PCV catch tank bolted to the front of your block
Do you have any idea how the PCV system works?
It's really not so hard to figure out why the fuel trims, especially at idle, would be affected by your "breather mod".
I have seen the Oil in the TMIC. This was before I had the turbo replaced by dealer.

thanks for reply do you know if they described what failed , bearings, seals? I'm new to the turbo world and dont want to be forced to upgrade to some big honkin' Garrett ball bearing thing. This year. Oh yeah doesn't sardonic mean like Of The Devil or somehing my 2 centsI found the oil in the intercooler..the dealer did not.
I took it in for lots of smoke out exhaust. So they replaced turbo and now i don't have issues with smoking exhausts.
