Wanted to drop a post that lists all compatible oil filters for the new 2014 mz6.


remember its 4.8qt w/ filter change, or 4.5qt w/out filter change 0w-20 for US models.

MikeM in the SKYACTIV ENGINE OIL REQUIREMENTS thread indicated the PE10-14-302 filter on the SKYACTIV engine is a special high flow filter,and even though it is the same size as the Mazda filter on the Mazda2,you should not use the one for the Mazda2 on the Mazda6. Since many of the filters you list are also the ones listed for the Mazda2, I wonder if they meet Mazda's high flow specs for the SKYACTIV engine.Maybe someone can research this and put all the info in ONE thread for SKYACTIV engine oil filters.
