Oil Cooler and FMIC Air Flow Issues?

Fellow MS3 owners - New owner here with a couple of questions that I could not find specific answers to in the search function.

1. Does the MS3 have an oil cooler? I see some black lines in front of the radiator that I assume are for oil cooling, but I am not sure.

2. If you add a FMIC, does it create airflow issues with the radiator? It appears from pictures I have seen the FMIC sits right in front of the radiator, which raises the question.

I appreciate all constructive or informative comments. If you comments are of a negative or insulting nature, feel free to not reply.

Thanks.

Good questions, I'm in the market for the CP-e FMIC kit; and I'd like to see what answers come up.

yes you would be affecting the air flow to not only your radiator, but your A/C condensor as well. if you put a FMIC on (which goes in front of everything) that's one more restriction the air has to go through before it gets to the radiator and condensor.

will a front mount disrupt flow enough to overheat the engine? probably not, but truth is your engine cooling capability WILL be changed somewhat, and it will have to work that much harder.

as for an oil cooler, i can't really be sure on that, someone else has to chime in. i thought that oil coolers were usually reserved for dry sump applications, but i could be wrong

From CP-e Site:

Our ΔCore™ FMIC is different from the competition, and we encourage you to peruse the fine details: The 2.25" hard piping we use helps reduce turbo lag (with our kit there is virtually none!). It is compatible with just about any cold air intake on the market. The kit comes flanged for a stock bypass valve (which you may recirculate or vent). We also include a custom silicone upper radiator hose and a new, larger capacity power steering cooler. And this isn't even considering the extraordinary performance numbers!

So I'm not sure about an actual oil cooler system, unless this power steering cooler, cools the oil as well?

engine oil is cooled by coolent system!!!

oil to water cooler. if i recall corectly it is on top of the oil filter.

my ECTs did not noticeably change after installing my cobb fmic. yes, it technically affects things, but no, it doesn't look like it affects it enough to matter...=d

And what if you get some slim line fans and have them on the outside as pushers, one on the a/c condensor and one on the radiator? (I'm thinking MSP here.. but it could apply to any.)
