Oil Change Question ??

I am planning on doing my first oil change very soon and was wondering what the proper size of socket is to remove the oil pan bolt and how tight is it on for the first oil change ? Also, do our cars come with 5W30 or 10W30 Factory Motor Oil . I am changing the oil at 500 KM to get the engine factory crud out of the engine .
