Oil burn on cold starts

So I bought a 2003 and a half speed protege off a friend of mine at the beginning of May this year, the car runs great and has been well maintained but I've been seeing a significant amount of oil burn on cold starts here recently. The turbo has been replaced within the past year so I'm not too sure if it is the turbo itself but I have seen a lot about valve and turbo seal leaks here in the forums. I havent seen any oil leak below the car and can't really say that much oil is burned while its running unless I hit high rpms. I did find a small amount of oil in the tubing coming from my front mount once when the clamping came off of it but i'm not exactly sure what that means. The car runs fine other than all of this, i'm just trying too narrow it down and fix the problem. Any ideas?

Common on higher mileage FS engines. Mine does the same thing. My P5 did the same thing. It's the valve stem seals in all likelihood.
