Ohio Tail of the Dragon 2011 Interest Thread

ya im pretty sure its happening!. and why not set up two different dates. i dont think that place is going anywhere unless it actually is a tail of a dragon and its going to fly away!

April is best for me. I'm going to Alabama in March to visit my parents and then going to OBX in June for EECMM.

I voted for EECMM to be at OBX years ago for like... the 2nd one or something. Everyone thought it was a stupid idea. Now, I want nothing to do with the meet and it's where I wanted to go all along. /off topic

Let me take a look at the Grand-Am schedule, as well as a couple other events that are going on and put up a poll of multiple choices.

The earlier the better, as we have Grand-Am and NASA events.......we are still going to make it happen.

Spring break is April 2-10 for me (including weekends)....so run the Dragon during the week and hit up MidOhio for the 1st NASA event April 9th on the way back?
Of course, don't set this date just for me because I still don't know for sure if I could make it, but it seems like a good date that might work...

Then if all goes well, set up a second date for later in the summer for those who couldn't make it the first time.

Deals Gap Rotory Rally is last weekend in April, might be a good week to go.

That's when The Mitty is.

I won't beable to do the tail of the dragon in the spring, my spring break will be dedicated to my build and making sure everything is good to go for the hyperdrive at mid-ohio

We'll be discussing the Dragon as well as Daytona tomorrow. We'll have it worked out before the end of the month.

No... we don't like IL folks... ;)

Depending on when we figure out what the heck is going on, the more the merrier.

Most are going to the Deals Gap Rotary Rally the last weekend in April, same weekend as The Mitty. I'm going and I don't drive a rotary. Look for the threads here and in the Midwest Mazda Club section.

There are a lot of us going to The Mitty. I know the DGRR folk are coming down on Sunday... if you're up for spending the extra fuel.
