i'm buying some 16" winter rims and tires. i have a guy whos selling me some blizzaks 205-60-16. i found some cheap rims too but what would be the best offset for my ms3? 38? 40?
Stay as close to stock offset as you can, to maintain suspension geometry/handling. If you can test fit the wheel first that would be good to check caliper clearance. I have 16" steel wheels and they're fine in front, but maybe an alloy would be different.
i looked at tire rack's site for winter rims for the speed. they had a lot of 16" alloy. some have an offset of 40. i know people on here have 16" rims on their ms3. there's a bunch in the winter tires thread. i just want to make sure the offset is good.
