yea i dont really like balls (as a shift knob that is ) always liked cylynders more so that knob is real nice as its a lil thicker up top kinda just skims down but maintains a cylynder styel

I have the Kartboy. It is annoyingly cold in the wintertime. I'm thinking about going back to the stock knob.

yup, i have the exact set up (black knob with yellow sticker) but that ish is COOOOLD so i switched back to the stock 03.5 knob....

That's why I started this thread. A shift knob is something that needs a lot of time before deciding upon, especially since you'll be seeing it just as much as DaveB rings

Mazda3 shift knob, right?

I'm looking for a knob, too, but I prefer something that doesn't have the shift pattern on it. I've got a sport auto, and I don't want it to look like it's a wannabe manual by putting a knob on w/pattern .

thats the one i have in my p5 but i bought it for my 240 originally 3 years ago, where did you order urs from? i want to get one for the wifes p5 i love how this knob feels

Actually i got it from a shop here in houston for $40 bucks...i've heard some people say they paid like $70 for the same knob but i dunno i asked and well i bought it. i love the blue insert cause it matches the color of my MP3 and it just feels so nice.

Same here. I got mine for free... my friend bought it for his 240 off of ebay. One afternoon we wanted to see if the thread was the same for my car, so we put it on and it fit. He told me just to use it for awhile since his car wasn't ready... lol it's since become mine I've put a lot of wear on it, but it feels great... highly recommended!

HOW are people using the 03.5 knob with the Kartboy Shifter?

My 03.5 knob does not fit my kartboy shifter.
