OMG. I haven't enjoyed a car like this since my 96 6-speed Trans-Am.

'08 MS3 Sport (bought 10/25/08)

This is the strangest car i have owned since my Galant VR4(turbo, AWD, 4 Wheel Steering, 4 speed) which was a sleeper in its day also.

I look at my car while parked and see a plebian mini wagon. I sit in it and see a little bit sporty, plebian wagon. Then I started it up, let out the clutch, and stalled it! lol

The stock exhaust has just the right note, and the turbo whine is sexy!

It has 116 miles on it since Saturday and I do believe it will be one hell of a ride.

My VR4 had to be idled after running it for a while to let the tubo/bearings cool down. Is this something i should do on the '3'?

The dealer here in fairfax, va when I bought mine said to just wait 35 seconds after each drive to let the turbo cool, I was told to only do this if you hit boost, but I'm scared to damage my car so I just do this always, too lazy and broke to buy a turbo timer so I live with me having to sit in my car for 35sec after I get to my destinations. Oh the best is having to explain to people why im still inside my car the first time they ride with me...lol
