How much damage was sustained

was the recall work was done?

Car purchased 11/07
11k miles
mount broke tues november 25 2008
axle broken, exhaust cracked
Recall work done as soon as the letter was received

you forgot to mention where yours broke, ala while on the highway, spirited run parking etc.

As well, though I'd not recommend it be done (with certain ppl reading the boards), realistically modified or not should be known.

2. Commonality - common issues of fact and law for each claimant

3. Adequacy of Class Rep - the person who is the class representatitve needs to have claims that are the same as the class members and that they are capable of serving as the representative.

4. Adequqcy of Counsel - that the law firm representing the class has sufficient skill and resources to represent the class.

When- 3,000 miles on the car before winter in 2007

How much damage was sustained- Right axle, alot of broken pieces, also destroyed other mounts that took the dealership 4 attempts to fix it.

was the recall work was done? I was told by the dealership before I bought the car that yes
