Talk with your insurance company about it. They will work with the other guys insurance company to pay that. Since your car was parked (legally I assume) at the time you should be at no fault and should not have to bear any financial burden due to this guys mistake.

I didnt read all of your other thread, but your insurance company shouldn't need to be involved at all. His insurance company should be paying for everything.
