NYC photos

Yup really close! I marked where I took the photos on the map :)

Awesome place to live, even if it's only very temporary. You're right in the middle of the action.

Only thing that sucks about midtown is all the damn tourists.

Hey Jersey, you're in NY now? You should swing by me, I'm real close.

Nah I was there saturday night. I'm close too, it only takes about 25 minutes to get to the Holland from my house

Nice pictures! Great job! Keep up the good work.. :)

Try this next time. Is 16 your highest f number? I would use the HIGHEST f number you have so your apeture is the at smallest, then set your ISO to like 300. That way, the dark part will be dark and the ISO will make the light shine even more. Nonetheless, good pictures!

The Canon 28mm prime goes down to f/22, but diffraction causes lack of sharpness compared to f/16. I always shoot at ISO100 whenever possible because there is noticeable noise at ISO400. Not bad, but it is there. Plus I needed a slow ISO to get a long enough exposure to blur the headlights and taillights :)

And ISO won't make the light shine any more...you just gotta increase exposure time with a lower ISO setting :)
