...instead of 20..my MSP feels like it has less "oomph" to it...

must get ...upgrades...

really want to get the SPOOL intercooler and an intake..but i digress,

anyone else experiencing this, due to change in weather climate..

i havent driven my MSP in 4 days though, so maybe it just wanted a work out. lol.

i dunno. whatever. dont flame. kthx :)

Hey, all I know is
they said it would be 50 on friday

and that means I'm going to go out and drive like an ass and enjoy the night life
and if a civic with a huge ass mufler happens to rev at me, I'll be inclined to accelerat past him, he would never get going fast enough for it to be concidered street racing, I'll just be accelerating "normaly"

p.s. I dont drive my own car on friday nights

well, MY car is faster than a stock civic auto
thats about where it ends
besides, its a pile of s***, last time I drove it on a friday night, Pro5onspeed thought he realy f-ed up his car, we used my foglights to light up the area and they almost started on fire, the housings started to smoke, it was pretty cool looking, my right front brake caliper froze that night too, damn that sounded nasty

I need to get rid of that ******* thing, damn geo

I definitely have. Last week it was around 50 compared to the teens. I actually commented to one of my roommates that the car felt much less powerful. I almost thought there was something wrong with the turbo. Are all turbo cars affected so severly by ambient temps?

Yes.

Just ask a Buick Grand National owner sometime. The difference between freezing temps and summer daytime temps is like 100HP.

Yes as the weather warms up you will start to notice slight differences in power. Remember colder higher is better for performance, heance why you are always trying to feed colder air into the engine.

right, i know the change in temp would do this, but i didnt realize it would affect this much. i was just wondering if everyone else was experiencing the same drastic (in my opinion) change. car feels quite anemic right about now...
i really want that Spool intercooler upgrade damnit! money, fall into my lap...NOW!!!

Look on the bright side of things.....warmer temperatures make for smoother shifting gears and less creaks and clunks from the suspension. :)

You guys are really going to hate it when it reaches the 70's like it is here.
Beautiful weather but the car just doesnt feel right.
