What made it a nightmare?
Damn, really? Sorry to hear that. I got mine used and they work just fine. All I had to do was bend the bracket that holds the ABS line a little to the back of the wheel won't hit it.The drop made it nearly impossible to get anywhere (well, I eventually raised the car up... but bleh).
SOMETHING was always breaking on them as well. The bracket that holds the end link kept hitting the inner portion of my rim (common problem on the BC Racing Coilovers) and I'd have to keep bending it back. The end links kept breaking too... probably because the bracket kept bending back and hitting the wheel. It was just a nightmare. LOL.
When I do go the coilover route again I'll be getting Mazdaspeed coilovers.
They are the Hella Supertones. I purchased mine from Rally Armor and they are just wonderfull! They are 118dB and come with instructions, mounting bracket and relay.

wow, $64, not bad. How hard is the install?
Sexy. Is that rear bumper shorter?
