Here is what was wrong with my car: The oil feed line to the turbo had a peice of rubber lodged in it preventing the oil from properly lubricating the turbocharger. With a new one in place, the screech seems to be louder, but I watched them check out much oil was running thru the turbo. Maybe its cracked pipeing thats making the noise now? It has changed some and doesn't sound as much like metal-on-metal.
Well, I've had it in my car for a few weeks now and there is still hesitation...but not nearly as much as there was before. Doesn't seem like there is much different from the original. I went back to Mazda on Monday(for a few things) and Jeff said that they are sending out an update, which is aparently a revised version.
BigGun22, I talked to your friend with the Orange car last week and told him to get on here. Glad to see one of you did! Anyway, I think we should get a few MSP owners together to hang out/compare cars. Mine has a screeching sound still which Mazda said is normal.
