i emailed them and this is what i got in return... id much rather a refund in all honesty!!! i may call em today!

The show will not be re-scheduled for any reason. If there is bad
weather at the speedway we will still have the show as best we can. As
it looks now the weekend still looks good as far as weather. Our current
problem is set-up on Thursday & Friday.

yeah they usually wont give refunds.Also the weather will be almost as bad in NC as it will be here in GA if it continues on that path.
