does anyone have one  it seems now days everyone and their mother, literally, has a flip phone....just curious....and extremely bored!

I don't have a cell phone because I don't need one, but I like flip phones, because I'm prone to scratching anything revealed on the outside, putting it in my pocket.

I've had a non-flip SIEMENS phone for two years now. BTW, you made two threads on this topic.

technically everyone has "clamshell" phones, "flip" being the phones have have a piece that covers the keypad but leave the screen displayed. ;)

try a slider or a bar phone.

i have never owned a flip phone until a few days ago when i bought the black razor. i got tired of having my phone randomly call people due to somthing else in my pocket hold a number down for a few seconds, always happened when i was drinking i would call my parents at like 3 am....... so now i have a flip phone and i love it

I have a SE s710a... its a spin phone, or whatever you want to call it.

I'm a big SE fan, and I would of bought a W800i or a k750i were it available in 850MHz

Lock the keypad??

*everyone* i know is swarming to stores to buy Razrs, and I can only assume they think they're new, cool and no body else will have one. I've seen more Razrs recently than any other specific model phone.

I was thinking of getting a Blackberry 7105 or SE K600.

i started doing that but i got pissed when i had to make a call....... trying to unlock it drunk was a b****. the only downside i have to flip phones is if someone call and u open it, u better want to talk to that person. since i dont answer any call from any numbers i dont know!

try looking for an 'auto answer on open' option. most shells have that.. then you can open the phone without answering.

word; I had one then broke it, only to replace it with katz' old one. The only Moto I've ever had a decent experience with.. Anyway, then went to a SE T610, and hated the menu delays. switched over to a Samsung D415 only to break the screen and now I'm in the same position as msp#735.

Gotta get a new one and want something unique.

I'm thinking of getting the SE K600, as it's only available overseas and it's supposed to be good.
