Noises from the Clutch (Possible Clutch adjustment TSB will solve issue?)

There seems to be an engage or disengage noise (if that makes sense), when the accelerator is pressed and let go, everytime in first gear. Upon pressing it, a click noise appears and same with disengaging it. I could press the accelerator and let go of it, and the noise is consistant everytime its pressed and released. A noise is also present when disengaging the clutch as well. Anothing click noise that is. Anyone else experiencing this? Could this be a sign of the clutch needing an adjustment? By the way, I dont drive the car hard at all and never burned the clutch. Thanks.

I really believe its a clutch related issue. Its just too consistant with pressing the pedal and letting go. In all honestly, its functioning fine, but who knows what can resort from some random noises. Its just really annoying and of course taking it to Mazda would be a last option.

Passenger side motor mount? A friend of mine in which I had him listen to it said the samething. They can really make that much noice when they wear out?
