No oil on stick but no leak?2011 ms3 5kmiles

I just checked my oil for s**** and giggles and no oil on stick but I see no leaks. Could the turbo seals be leaking because the other night I sware I seen a light dark cloud of smoke behind me when I was gettin on it. Any solutions or answers for this?

Are you sure you're checking it correctly? And our engine always blows black smoke when you get on it. As long as it's not white you're good.
