Installed the fix from Apex this evening. Took about 5 minutes max. I know there is a debate on whether or not you will get more performance, but it sure feels like there is a bit of difference. Like 4k-7k rpm goes by like the wind. Everyone agrees the fix will improve gas milage, and so maybe its running better cause its not running so rich. now i need to change my oil to synthetic and plugs to something good.

yea i was waiting for you jump on aim to thank you but never saw you, you are the man...and its just some images i wont come close to 50mb.

as for the fix, its a simple resistor you wire into the second o2 harness.

my sig? drew it on paper. while on psp, looked at it and made an outline of the whole thing. cutout sections and filled them in with the a shaded value, took away the outline, and shrunk it down a lot to that size hehe. how come u changed your sig? okay okay, im sorry i dont mean to thread jack :P but glad to hear u arent getting a CEL. u can do a how to for all of us out there now hehe peace - chris

Anybody check the resistance on it before they installed? So we can clone it for a buck? :D

nah they conviently wrapped it in black s*** and i was too excited to take it all apart i just wanted it on the car lol

i changed my sig cause i tend to do that more than i change my underwear. i like to practice in photoshop

as for pics, take your normal sized resistor, add 4 wires and cover it in a black sheath...seriously its that simple...i just hope the cel doesnt come back! if it does, i wonder if i could just reset the ecu lol every week

That would be a pain in the ass to have to reset every week...I remember someone saying that our ecu's are so smart..that if the o2 sensors reading's never change..it will throw a CEL b/c it thinks it went bad!

Good luck..I will probably be purchasing the same thing..can you give me a good linky to the product!

yea that makes me wonder if it will ever come on again, but hopefully not. im gonna pm theMAN and see what he has to say

Well the pony express s*** did the same thing..it just adjusts the voltage on the second o2. $20 for a guarenteed cel no cat fix is so good.www.ponyexpressperformance.com. i have noticed a definate gain. The low end is easy. U can keep up with any car in 2k-3k range. AFter that there is a nice power band addition. That cat has to be eliminated...whether by header or hi-flow, hollow cat. Even Racing Beat said that the pre-cat is a power robbing device. If one does anything to the FS-ZE the pre-cat must be eliminated...for the most influential power and torque increases..
