I just picked up a used 2012 Mazdaspeed 3 and have really been enjoying it. I've already done some visual mods and now am ready to start with power adders and the suspension. So far, I've ordered the CorkSport StageII SRI, CorkSport Race Pipe, and a set of H&R lowering springs. Also, a Cobb AP and a Autotech Fuel Pump Upgrade Kit.

My question is, should I wait to install the cobb, intake, and the race pipe until the fuel pump gets here ? Everything will be here next week except the fuel pump which is on backorder for like 3 weeks.

I've been doing a lot of searching and realize the oem fuel pump doesn't handle mods well and I don't want to zoom zoom boom just yet.

Any input is appreciated !

Might as well wait. Or do one mod now, I just wouldnt install all the mods at once because if there is something wrong it will be harder to find the culprit. Obviously the springs will be fine to install now and the tune will wake up the stock map.

You are fine to install all of that except the DownPipe, make sure you do the FuelPump internals first or at the same time. Make sure you get a Rear Motor Mount asap. Thats the only thing else you need to do to keep it safe with those mods. You dont want your engine banging the firewall. Even a stock motor from hard driving your mounts can break after a while. It also helps with wheel hop.
