New Turbo Pics

Damn Terry you guys ok ? Sorry to hear this man. As far as another car, go with what your heart desires. how bout an 04 sti or the Evo ? my 2 picks for that money.

OMG Terry! That sucks. Hope everyones Ok. I'm sure i'd know if not. You should Import a Skyline R34 GT-R. If not then I'd say the STi but I dont know if I could wait on it with the EVO tempting me

Terry, that was god saying,
YOU SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE MAZDASPEED PROTEGE!
See what happens when you piss off god :D.

Terry, hate to hear of your misfortune especially on a return trip from my state. Hope that everyone is ok. Cars are replaceable and people aren't. It was beutiful while it lasted though and you can be damn proud of that. Glad to still have you here in these forums. As far as next car goes I say Evo just for the pimp factor. Since you like rally style I say do it up WRC and leave the internals stock for a while,....but you know that the bug is going to bite you again.

Gees Terry, didn't you guys just get that car a few months ago??

So sorry man. Those crazy Hondas....

No Evo - over priced and already a performer, won't be a big performance market.

No STI - Same reasons plus everyone and there brother are already working on kits for it.

3 Year old NSX - Cool but very few clients possible.

Mazdaspeed protege - alot of potential clients already very familair with your work and reputation, Guarenteed $$$$$.

Mazda 6 - Less clients but no competition at all. You'll be in on te gorund floor wit a car better built to take power! But less moeny in it as it is more expensive and has 2 engine types!

Acura TSX - Oh please say yes then i will definitly get one, again in on the ground floor but there will be less possible clients.

Just some ideas!

Terry, does the engine sit at that angle like that from the factory, or did you move it for some reason?

Deng Terry!!! That thing rock... that's the only car I like from Honda hehe

Good job!!! Now make more spool springs please hehe

Sorry about quoting so many guys, I just have a lot to say.

I heard the evo's have tranny probs if you go above stock. The STI's from what I hear are better to fix up

The Evo's have the exact same transmission that they've had for years, which means the transmission will be fine with light upgrades (ie new clutch assembly) and will handle around double the stock power output

Evo-already has a HUGE performance market and the price is set at exactly what people are paying for it (I'm not talking about the carzy markups, but the MSRP)

Sti-aftermarket for the Subies is actually a little smaller than the Evo's

3 year old NSX- Not bad, engine layout is identical for 91-present cars (until the V8 is released soon) more of these cars floating around then you think, a 91 can be had for less than a WRX wagon

Msp-very limited client base and a market he's already working with, no potential for business to grow

Mazda6-not a bad idea and some very valid points

TSX-An RSX in sheeps clothing, all current RSX parts will swap over

I'm not flaming anyone just saying what I got to say

The reason I doubt the Evo a lack of a market is based on the outragous mark ups you will have to pay for them for the next year and that leaves very little $$ left to play with. Also as you noted the JDM has a crap load of stuff already, STI smame issues will be present and he already has the WRX to play with.

The NSX may have some potential but no where near where near what a typical compact car has.

The MSP has a huge market on this site alone, damn near everyone can't wait to up the HP especialy with the SRT/4 lurking around the country. Now add to this Mazda dropping back the release date of the 3 and you have another production year. Many buyers get the MSP with the specific intent on upgrades.

The TSX, from what I was told is a totaly different tranny and built ONLY in japan. The gear box is great no grinding like the RSX, engine looked different aswell. I only added this one in there becuase I want one! :D

Mazda 6!
My wife wants one of those. . .It would be sweet to have a 6S with the sport package and about 300 hp! Sign me up.

But since you love the EVO, Terry. . .maybe that's the end of that discussion.
