new turbo need help

as a lot of you know, im planning on reviving my msp. i just got this super good deal on a stock turbo and it seems to be in good shape...one thing for sure in needs an oil line...and i have no clue how to hook any of it up...any how to's?

If you get all the parts you can use mine as a template. Im located in uptown and can meet on weekends. Are you still selling it? I saw it on craigslist just the other day.
