new to msp's and turbo

hey guys i just bought a 2003 msp spicy orange .now my question is how much boost can i pull?my mods so far are a perrin fmic,injen cai,hard pipes and next week a corksport 3" dp

safely...9-10 AT VERY MOST. I personally never went about 8. its a turbo car so learn more about them before you raise the boost. Never go above 10 on stock block. Some people have, but most eventually blow. This forum has lots of info, just read around

i would not go over stock boost levels with out some type of ems and a wideband, just my .02! oh yeah and welcome. ill also say this before anyone else does the Search button is a great tool to use. it will also keep people from flamming you.

Personally, I havent went to much on the boost... Im @ 8 psi and my car pulls pretty strong... u could check out the little list of mods that I got in my sig

i have SS afc, Wastegate, intake, 2.5 inch down pipe with open cutout, mam fmic, front motor mount, welded LSD and alot of other stuff to install like CS S&J pipe, slim line fan, rear motor mount and my car pulls ok, im on stock boost levels right now. man im telling you before you mod read the forums and ask other people about their experiences.

Get an afc(<-search) before you raise the boost, you will be a lot happier with how the car drives in and out of boost.

Yeah, I'm new to msp's and turbos, its a kick. I live near Bristol motor speed way, so I head out to Thursday night street fights and show off a little, first car i was proud to own.
