Well I am a proud new owner of a 08 Speed3 and I cant be more excited. I traded in my 03 GTI and I will never look back. Here are some pics and look forward to learning more about the mazda community from all of you.
I really do not think there is any comparison. The Speed3 is much more car and the car handles much better than the GTI. Now the new GTI's are really nice. I have friends that have the new ones and I even have a friend that has the R32 on order. The new ones handle really well and sound even better. There are lots of aftermarket stuff for the 2.0T so making them fast is not a issue if your willing to shell out the bucks for it. I just feel that the Speed3 is much more car.
