True that. All of my friends that are girls don't really care about the performance of a vehicle. I talk about car stuff all the time and they just don't care. Probably why I have more guy friends than girl friends....

Nice though in a way...being one of those rare girls who enjoys cars. I would totally work on them too, but would need a stool just to look in the engine bay. LOL

I hear ya there. I have been under my husbands Cobra on multiple occasions helping with this's and thats but I've never really messed with the guts. When I get my CAI I'm going to install it myself though. Hey, I replaced the water pump on my washing machine I can work on my own car right? LOL.

Good for you. I wish I could install my own parts. I guess I am a good exhaust holder upper. LOL That is normally my job..laying under the car and holding the exhaust while we replace it.

That's alright. A lot of "car guys" pretend to know all about their rides, but pay for a shop to install an intake. They are just too manly to admit it.

It's amazing how little some "car guys" really know about cars.

But on the other hand, for every fake car guy, there's a fake car girl that's just "into the scene" because it's generates them a lot of attention. Definitely not saying all women into cars are like that, but there's a few.
