i got rid of my mazda6s and got a sunlight silver speed3 sport on friday. i'm loving this car. (yes) i'm probably only going to put a MS intake and tint the windows. that's about it. and then maybe later on, get a better sound system.

my profile is a lil outdated, i'm in sw/galleria area for maybe the next month or so, but my mom still lives in s.e by U of H.


since i got the sport, i actually don't even have the Bose system. but if it was anything like the Bose system in my mazda6 S, then i'm glad i didn't get the GT. the only thing i was liking about the Bose system was the in dash 6-disc. that's IT. i figured i'd just get a good sounding system and be happier.

I don't know why people keep saying the bose system in the MS3 GT is s***. It actually sounds pretty decent as long as you're listening to it at sane levels. Not only that it fits in nice with the car. AN after market system would look something like ass in this car. Like way out of place, etc.. However, I agree that it's not really living up to the bose name because I had bose systems in the past and the sound quality seemed a bit better. Also, I would imagine resale would be a bit better with the factory system in it.

well, the bose in the 6 sounded decent at first, but after a while i wanted more oomph. i'm sure the bose in the 3 would sound good too since it's a hatch. eh, oh well.
