New tires...

I've got my car slammed at the moment which I know is retarded. My current wheels are IKON GT-5 18x7.5 (offset i believe is either 38 or 40)and I'm still running the stock tires.

I am planning on raising my car a bit in the near future as well as rolling my fenders, so tire size will be less of a concern. I am in need of new tires. I was wondering if any of you guys are running 18x7.5 with 225/45/18 tires on a dropped MS3. Or would I be better off going to a 225/40/18? Or am I better off sticking with 215/45/18 tires? At the moment I rub quite a bit if I have passengers in the car or if I'm making tight turns at any speed faster than my grandma would take the turn. But like I said I will be raising my car about an inch and I will be getting my fenders rolled.

if your running 38mm O/S then I would say stick with 215/40 so it will reduce the chance of rubbing, but 225/40's will be okay....just don't take any passengers.

im currently running the stock 215/45, you think i should change to 215/40?
